Overview

Dormeil is a bedtime coach app developed by Tiny Spark. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

All your data stays on your device. Dormeil does not have a server and does not transmit any personal data over the internet. Specifically:

• Sleep records (bedtime, wake-up time, delay) — stored locally on your device in an encrypted database.
• Preferences (wake-up times, sleep duration, alarm settings, theme) — stored locally on your device.
• Garden progress (tree level, moon shards, placed items) — stored locally on your device.
• Custom sounds — audio files you import are copied to the app's private storage on your device.

We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any other personal information.

Third-party services

Dormeil uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — to display ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data according to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools beyond what AdMob provides.

Permissions

Dormeil requests the following permissions:

• Notifications — to send bedtime reminders.
• Exact alarms — to trigger the wake-up alarm at the correct time.
• Vibration — for the alarm vibration feature.
• Internet — solely for loading ads.
• Boot completed — to reschedule alarms after a device restart.
• Wake lock — to ensure the alarm sounds even when the device is in sleep mode.
• Foreground service — for playing ambient sounds and the alarm.

Children's privacy

Dormeil is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling Dormeil permanently deletes all your data. You can also clear the app's data from your device settings at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
